Test Application DoréDevelopment offers design and development of test applications for embedded platforms and drivers, both for module tests and production tests. Through a series of projects, both internal and with DoréDevelopment's partners, DoréDevelopment have gained valuable experience in the testing of embedded software platforms and device drivers. The experience is distributed on both module and acceptance testing, executed as stand-alone tests, and within manufacturing and automated testing, used continuesly. DoréDevelopment is continuing to expand our own test setup, where e.g. Doré-BSP continuesly is being build on a variety of operating systems and runned through a series of automated tests. The test setup helps to ensure a high quality of our basic platform and our ongoing projects, i order to detect most errors and corrected them before the platforms arrives at the end-user. DoréDevelopment is also included at a number of our customers as integration- and acceptance test house for device drivers and platforms developed by other vendors. Integration and acceptance testing often requires considerable insight into the platform, which the device driver is designed for, and it is usually not a part of the project that adds new special features - it is simply a piece of critical and necessary work. By outsourcing this type of test tasks to DoréDevelopment our clients achieve more internal time for feature development on their products, and the products are more likely to hit the market with the right functionality at the right time. DoréDevelopment has in relation to automation and remote control of hardware for use in test setups made a small Open Source LXI-control application.
